For a few years now, we have become accustomed to renting a vehicle from MOTOROADS when we go to Bulgaria. The service is absolutely perfect. Our plane was more than 2 hours late, so we arrived at Sofia airport at 3am instead of 00h40. Someone was waiting for us, so we were able to pick up the car, despite the very late hour (or very early morning . . . ). These details make the thing very pleasant. We will rent a car again:)

We have used MOTOROADS for a few visits now from Sofia Airport and on each occasion their service has been first class. Their representatives have always been polite and helpful and the cars clean and reliable. The booking process from the UK was extremely easy and we will have no hesitation in using them again.

The company was very responsive to questions we had. The representative over te phone was very friendly providing great customer service. The company allows for pick up and drop off of the car at specified address which makes is very convinient for the customer especially if no other method of transportation is available. Great option. I would definitely rent a vehicle from the company again if needed.
